New Age of Dining

Restaurants can be differentiated based on five main variables: food & wine list, service, price, ambience, and location. Depending on the occasion, some of these variables are more important than others.

These days, the Internet offers great resources for trying to find that "restaurant you've been looking for". Whilst surfing the Internet you can find specialty sites that even offer extensive lists of restaurants classified by cuisineand region.

The trouble is that you are rarely connected to the Internet when it comes to choosing a place to dine. Word of mouth has always been instrumental in the success of a restaurant.
Service, timimg, staff, atmosphere and location, just to name a few...

Service is a key issue. Again, it
